Deposit and Cancellation Policy

We understand our clients occasionally need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Should you need to do so, we require at least 24 hours notice to avoid a £25.00 Cancellation fee. Thank you.

A deposit of £25.00 may be required when booking. Where you may need to rearrange an appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours notice to carry your deposit to the new appointment. If cancelled or rearranged within 24 hours of your appointment, your £25.00 deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
