COLOURING

All colour consultations are charged £25.00 upon booking. This payment is non-refundable and covers the consultation appointment time. Please see our deposit and cancellation policy for further details.

A skin test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment for all new colour clients, and for existing clients who have not had a colour service with us in the last 6 months.

All colour prices are listed as from, as an additional charge may apply depending on the service required.

Please note that colour prices do not include a cut & finish or a shampoo & finish.

A bespoke perming service with a range of options available, including soft texture, volume, waves, and defined curl finishes.

Consultation required to choose the most suitable perm for your hair and desired look.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed or cancelled. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £25 cancellation fee.

A £25 deposit may be required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. With at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment. If you cancel or rearrange your appointment within 24 hours, the deposit will be retained as your cancellation fee.

For colour consultations, the £25 consultation fee is non-refundable and covers the consultation

appointment time. If you proceed book a colour service, this amount will be used as your deposit towards that service. If you decide not to proceed with a colour booking, the £25 can still be used against another service, such as a cut and finish, but cannot be refunded.
